Your loan documents are prepared and maintained confidentially. No information revealed to outside sources. Secure, private internet, no online files are kept, and any unneeded paper files are shredded. Signed loan documents are hand-delivered the same day if local and the signing occurs by 3:30 p.m. If signing occurs after 3:30 p.m., the documents will be hand delivered by 9:00 a.m. the following business day. Out-of-the-area deliveries are handled with extra care by hand delivering to either a FedEx, UPS, or USPS Representative.
